In a perfect area in centro. Walking distance from tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. Super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Would recommend :)

The state of the room when we arrived was unacceptable. .This property presumably has AI managing the property communications. Our questions were left unanswered. The room had not been touched since the last renters checked out. We had received check in instructions the day prior which was odd as we could have gotten into the building the day before and accessed the suite. We were told we could check in after 3. We arrived and notified the property manager through the app. that the room was not cleaned. There was no response and the phone number didn’t work. Even the agent with Virbo could not get in touch with them. We left with our things and then returned back at 445 hoping that it would have been cleaned. After a long day of travel my wife began to feel ill. When we returned and nothing had been done. I began to clean and do laundry while my wife rested. Once I had done what I could do with what supplies we had with us, we left to go for something to eat. As we were leaving, we saw a housekeeper on the 2nd floor and she told us that she was not scheduled to clean that suite. The housekeeper who told us that her boss had still not heard back from the company but she was able to give us fresh linen and towels from her supplies. Thank goodness for this young lady. She was truly a saint in all of this (who by the way is not hired by this management company).
